The Israeli Cartoon Museum (IMC) is a dream come true for cartoonists and caricaturists in Israel, as well as for thousands of comics enthusiasts who now have a permanent home for conducting activities in the field.
The IMC is a joint venture of the Holon Municipality, the Holon Theater, and the Association of Israeli Caricaturists. It’s the only museum of its type in Israel, and one of the few in the world dedicated to this unique art.
The museum features a rich permanent collection and rotating exhibits touching upon cultural, social, and political issues. It also promotes cartoon art to new and wider audiences, carries out historical studies and preservation activities, and conducts hands- on seminars for all ages.
