Pride Week takes place once a year in June and is known to be colorful and full of joy. However, this week is more than that. Pride week is here to raise the awareness and acceptance for the LGBTQ community.
Pride Week in Holon
Holon Municipality building and the I LOVE HOLON statue werel it and painted, respectively, in the colors of the rainbow flag.

LGBT-Related Films
Cinematheque Holon offered several movies related to the subject, such as:
- Rebel Without a Cause (1955): the iconic classic starring Natalie Wood and James Dean.
- Dog Day Afternoon (1975): a biographical crime drama starring Al Pacino.
- The Children's Hour (1961): an American drama with Audrey Hepburn, Shirley MacLaine, and James Garner.

Young Center
The center offered an evening of an open conversation, drinks and snacks.
In another project, students will paint plants in the colors of the rainbow flags.
The Israel Children's Museum
The Israel Children's Museum conducted a special project for the golden age members of the Gay community, in which seven of them shared their stories.
