Designer Effi Hujesta and illustrator Yaniv Shimoni, aided by Studio Hujesta Ltd., created seven gigantic ribbon-festooned red-haired braids, corresponding to the number of braids on Noa’s head. Noa is the heroine of the story Noa’s Sign Language by Nira Harel. The ribbons were designed as enormous weather vanes, so that when the wind blows the park comes alive with color, joy and motion.
The sculpture is located on the central lawn of the Story Garden Compound on Motta Gur Street. The park was designed by landscape architect Bruce Levin.
