Municipal service center

The municipal call center is the main address for reporting any hazard and for obtaining information – both in normal times and in emergencies. The center operates 24 hours a day, collects inquiries and forwards them for professional handling by the Municipality’s various units.


Matters are handled according to schedules defined in the Service Charter and according to their urgency.

The call center can be contacted on any matter relating to the city of Holon.

The call center also operates the ”106 Call Center Patrol” which moves around the city, receives inquiries from residents, locates hazards and passes them on for handling.

The call center conducts surveys of residents’ satisfaction with how their complaints are handled. Aspects such as politeness, quality of handling, time and so on are checked.

Your reports and the feedback that we receive from you are very important to help us maintain a high standard of service and to improve continuously.

Call Center 106 is also digital!
On Sundays to Thursdays, from 08:00 to 16:00 (8 AM to 4 PM), the municipal call center also provides digital service:
