Sigd (also known as Mehlella) is one of the unique holidays of the Beta Israel (Ethiopian Jewish) community.
This holiday gives an opportunity for Israelis to learn more about the Jewish-Ethiopian community and its interesting and unique tradition.
Holon celebrated Sigd in an event, including musical and dance performances, a theatrical play, and a lecture.
